Struggling with swollen legs, numbing foot pain, tingling neuropathy or plantar fasciitis?

Revitalize your legs with improved blood flow.

The Secret Behind Nurse Yard's 3-Zone Compression System

Unlike ordinary socks that offer minimal support, Nurse Yard's revolutionary 3-Zone Targeted Compression Technology delivers:

    • ZONE 1: ANKLE STABILIZATION

30 mmHg compression at the ankle provides maximum support where you need it most, preventing fluid buildup that causes swelling

    • ZONE 2: CALF CIRCULATION
25 mmHg compression across your calf muscles actively improves blood flow, reducing fatigue and soreness when you're on your feet all day

    • ZONE 3: COMFORT CUFF
20 mmHg gentle compression at the top prevents the uncomfortable "tourniquet effect" of traditional compression socks, so you can wear them comfortably all day

Why Nurse Yard Compression Socks Work

      Compression That Moves With You

Some socks are too tight, and others don’t stay up. Nurse Yard socks provide a snug, supportive fit—without discomfort.

      • Balanced compression: Gentle, secure fit that stays in place
      • Smooth, breathable fabric: Keeps legs feeling fresh
      • Flexible design: Moves with you for all-day comfort
      • No-slip cuff: Stays up without squeezing too tight

Why Nurse Yard Compression Socks Work

Why Nurse Yard Compression Socks Work

      Common Ineffective Methods:

      Costly Supplements

Typically use heat processing, killing the nutrients before you can even ingest them

      Prescriptions & Pain Killers

Harmful side effects without addressing the main problem

      Complex Stretching Routines

That can help, but take hours-a-day to produce any relief.

      Expensive Shoes and Insoles

Can cause extra strain and make symptoms worse

      Other Compression Socks

Poorly designed and don’t provide the right kind of gradual pressure. Most compression socks are completely ineffective. They use outdated designs — only giving us “equal pressure” throughout the whole sock. Gravity is constantly working to pull the blood down, so when normal socks add equal pressure everywhere... it creates resistance for blood that's trying to flow upwards.

Normal compression socks trap fluids… and make your blood circulation problems and symptoms worse.

Why Am I Always in Pain?

Every morning is a new opportunity to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. But most of us struggle with aches and pains when we try to sleep, so our bodies never can repair themselves.

That’s because we’re NOT getting fresh blood in parts of the body that need it now!

      Let’s face it...

Our lives put harsher demands on us than ever. We’re working long hours, standing or sitting for extended periods, and dealing with everyday stress. Over time, poor circulation leads to discomfort, fatigue, and even long-term health concerns.

Why Am I Always in Pain?

The Science of Gradual Compression – How It Works

Our legs contain a "Second Heart,” the Soleus muscle, which pumps blood back to the heart. Poor circulation forces the heart to work harder, leading to fatigue, swelling, and discomfort.

      Without Proper Support:

      • Gravity pulls blood downward, leading to pooling
      • Circulation weakens, causing swelling and pain
      • Blood struggles to return to the heart

      With Nurse Yard Compression Socks:

      • 30 mmHg ankle pressure, gradually decreasing to 20 mmHg at the calf

      • Supports the Second Heart to keep blood moving upward

      • Reduces swelling, fatigue, and daily discomfort

      Frequently Asked Questions

      What size should I choose?

Please refer to the sizing finder to choose your best fit. For the best possible fit, use a tape measure around your calf and choose accordingly. Please note that this size finder does its best to account for all body types. If you are unhappy with how your size fits, please reach out to us and we can begin an exchange process. The size you choose also depends on your personal preference. Sizing up will give you a bit more wiggle room, and sizing down will give you a tighter fit. We recommend choosing based off the size chart for the best possible fit. If you are stuck between sizes due to conflicting shoe and calf size, please note that larger sizes will have more room in the foot and toe area.

How to take care of your compression socks?

To care for your compression socks and ensure they last longer, here are some general washing and care tips:
      1. Wash Regularly: Compression socks should be washed after every wear to remove sweat and bacteria.
      2. Machine Wash: You can machine wash your compression socks in cold water (preferably in a mesh laundry bag to avoid snags). Use a mild detergent and avoid using fabric softeners, as they can break down the elastic fibers in the socks.
      3. Hand Wash: If you prefer to hand wash, gently scrub them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting them to prevent damage.
      4. Drying: Never wring out your compression socks or put them in the dryer. Lay them flat to air dry or hang them to dry. Avoid direct heat or sunlight, as it can degrade the elastic fibers.
      5. Avoid Bleach: Don’t use bleach or other harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric and affect the compression.
      6. Storage: Store compression socks in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding them in a way that could stretch or weaken the fabric over time.

By following these tips, your compression socks should maintain their effectiveness and last longer!
